  • No Guarantee of Outcomes: Neurosurgery and neurology are complex medical fields. Any consultation, whether digital or physical, does not guarantee a specific medical outcome, cure, or surgical success.

4. Patient Rights and Confidentiality

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

  • Patient Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
  • Missed Appointments (No-Shows): If you fail to log in to your digital consultation or fail to arrive for an in-person clinic visit at the scheduled time without prior notice, the appointment will be marked as a “No-Show.” No-Shows are strictly non-refundable.
  • Clinic Cancellations: In the event that Dr. Naik must cancel an appointment due to surgical emergencies or unavoidable professional commitments, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of a priority rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability and Malpractice Exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aruniv Digital Ventures LLP, Dr. Arun L Naik, and any associated clinic staff shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, its educational content, or delayed responses to digital inquiries.

The Patient agrees that any claims regarding medical negligence or malpractice must be evaluated strictly under the framework of Indian medical jurisprudence, factoring in the inherent, documented risks of neurosurgical procedures and the limitations of digital consultations explicitly agreed to herein.

All original text, clinical articles, cinematic educational carousels, videos, logos, and graphics published on this website and our associated platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Aruniv Digital Ventures LLP.
